Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $100 will automatically ship for free.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer Priority Shipping through USPS for $12-$24 depending on the package and destination. You can see the Priority Shipping rate at checkout.
How soon will my order ship?
We guarantee your order will ship within 3 days of being placed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping through our website within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please email hello@broomtailkids.com with the items you are interested in purchasing and a shipping address and we will provide a custom quote.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will receive tracking information to the contact method used at checkout.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
Email us at hello@broomtailkids.com and we will help you recover your package, or find a suitable replacement.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup at each of our store locations. Shop our full inventory catalog from our website and when you're ready to checkout, select "Local Pickup" to indicate your preferred pick up location and date.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return it if I’m not happy?
Yes! Items can be returned for a full-refund within 2 weeks of purchase, or exchanged/credited within 30 days of purchase. Clearance items are final sale. For more information and to get started with a return, go here.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Reach out via email to let us know you would like to return or exchange an item. Pack up your items and ship to Broomtail c/o Returns 1014 S Gaylord St. Denver, CO 80209. Once we receive the item, we will confirm the exchange or refund via email.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Send us an email at hello@broomtailkids.com so we can offer a refund or replacement.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes! We offer gift wrap services in our stores and on our website. If you’re shopping online, you’ll see the option at checkout to add gift wrap and a personalized gift note. If you’re in our stores, we also offer gift wrap services and we would be happy to also arrange to ship your gift.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we have both digital and physical gift card options, you can learn more about here.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer points-based discounts through our Broomtail Rewards Program in addition to our regular sales and promotions. The best way to stay in the promo loop is to sign up for rewards and to join our email list.
